The petitioners have invoked the powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 18.11.2010 (Annexure P-3), passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Talwandi Sabo, setting aside the exparte order dated 18.10.2010 .
The order, being well reasoned and containing sufficient cause for setting aside the ex-parte order, does not suffer from any illegality, warranting interference by this Court.
No grounds to interfere.
Dismissed.
