Initiation of contempt is sought on the basis of order passed by this court on 18.11.2010 in CWP No. 7505 of 2010, whereby the writ petition was disposed of with the observation that Secretary, Education, Haryana may consider the issue and pass an appropriate order, specifically noting that no direction needs to be issued, the matter being purely administrative.
The dispute is regarding giving powers of Drawing and Disbursing Officers. As there was no specific direction, no case for initiation of contempt proceedings is made out.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
