Initiation of contempt proceedings has been sought by the petitioner for alleged non-compliance of order passed by this court on 7.5.2009, as was clarified on 17.01.2011. Before clarification sought by the petitioner, he filed a contempt petition bearing C.O.C.P. No.1025 of 2010, which was dismissed as withdrawn on May 19, 2010.
Now, again contempt petition has been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show that any notice was issued to the respondents before filing the contempt petition. In the absence thereof, present petition cannot be entertained and is accordingly dismissed.
