The petitioner has sought the review of the order passed by this Court on 31.03.2011 as in other two Arbitration cases i.e. Arb. Case Nos.3 and 4 of 2010, Sh. M.K. Bansal, District Judge (Retired), Gurgaon was appointed as an independent Arbitrator vide order dated 20.04.2011. Therefore, the present case is also for appointment of an independent and sole Arbitrator to decided the dispute which are similar in nature.
