that he was not interested in joining duty after he absented from duty in May 2006. The aforesaid attitude of the workman-appellant further strengthened the finding that he had abandoned the job. The concurrent finding recorded by the Labour Court as well as the learned Single Judge does not warrant any interference by the Letters Patent Bench. Accordingly, the appeal fails and the same is dismissed.
