None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The case was admitted, vide Order dated 18.09.1989 when it was ordered to be heard alongwith CWP No. 8372 of 1989. As per the office note, CWP No. 8372 of 1989, Rajbir Singh Versus The Secretary to Government of Haryana and others, stands dismissed, vide Order dated 27.03.1991. Non presence of counsel for the petitioner in the present case may be because of dismissal of CWP No. 8372 of 1989.
As none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
