Case has been called thrice. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
The present petition is of the year 1999, which was adjourned sine die by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2000 with liberty to the petitioner to move an application after the appeals, which were stated to be pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, are disposed of. No such application was preferred by the petitioner and vide an order dated 18.08.2005 passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, all the cases, which stood adjourned sine-die, were ordered to be listed. present revision petition was also listed for hearing before a Bench on 05.07.2010 when the case was adjourned to today and the Registry was directed to inform the learned counsel for the petitioner.
