The prayer made in the application is for transferring the writ petition to the Armed Forces Tribunal constituted under the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007.
The claim made in the writ petition is for disability pension. In view of Section 34 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, the present case is mandatorily required to be transferred to the Tribunal constituted under the Act. The Registry is directed to transfer the records of the present petition to the Armed Forces Tribunal at Chandi Mandir.
