Prayer under Section 438 Cr.P.C is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.194 dated 29.4.2010 under Sections 229-A IPC, P.S Division No.5, District Ludhiana.
As per allegations, petitioner, who is facing trial in the aforesaid FIR, did not cause appearance and evaded the process of being summoned by the court on 7.4.2010.
In compliance of order dated 11.6.2010 passed by this Court, petitioner surrendered before the ld. Trial Court and has been granted interim bail.
In view of the above, interim order dated 11.6.2010 passed by this court is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of.
