ORDER

Learned State counsel has filed the reply-affidavit of Ms.Sunita Kiran, District Education Officer (EE), Amritsar, which is taken on record.
As per the averments made in the preliminary submissions of the said affidavit, the petitioner has already been granted the JST Scale of Rs.220-400 w.e.f. 1.9.1975, i.e., from the date of his appointment and she continued to draw the said pay scale and/or consequential revised pay scales till she got pre-mature retirement on 1.1.2003.
Learned State counsel further submits that the pensionary

benefits admissible to the petitioner have also been settled and arrears of pay, as per the decision contained in Annexure R-1, have already been released to the petitioner.
In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this writ petition which is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
