During the pendency of this petition, petitioner stands appointed vide order dated 21.5.2008 (Annexure P-5). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is entitled to appointment from the date persons selected along with the petitioner were appointed.
In the condition No.6 (iv) in the appointment letter, it is specifically mentioned that the seniority of the petitioner shall be considered at a later stage with other candidates recommended by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission.
In view of the above stipulation, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be entertained at this stage. Petitioner is, however, at liberty to approach the respondents, if, he has any further grievance.
Petition dismissed.
