By filing this writ petition, the petitioner -Municipal Committee Tarauri has prayed that directions be issued to the respondents to disburse compensation to it, in terms of an award passed by respondent No.4 on 31.12.2009.
From reading of the paper book, it is evident that at an earlier point of time, there was some dispute regarding possession of the property, in dispute with some private individuals. It appears that on account of that, amount of compensation may not have been given to the Municipal Committee.
Counsel for the petitioner states that as on today, there is no dispute pending because the unauthorized occupants were evicted from the property, in dispute, under order passed by the competent authority.

Be that as it may, under the given circumstances, we direct the petitioner to approach the Financial Commissioner for requisite relief, who, on moving an application, shall pass an appropriate order.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
