This petition has been filed seeking a direction to step up the pay of the petitioner and re-fix it at part with the juniors.
Mr. Brar has placed on record copy of an order dated 18.2.1994, whereby the pay of the petitioner has been fixed at par with the junior Sh. Sant Lal Verma w.e.f. 31.7.1985.
In view of the aforesaid order the relief claimed by the petitioner stands granted to him and this petition is rendered infructuous. Dismissed as such.
