This petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution challenges order dated 29.4.2010 (P-1), passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh (for brevity, ‘the Tribunal), dismissing O.A. No. 281-PB-2010. The Tribunal has refused to grant the prayer made by the petitioner for change of his date of birth from 13.4.1950 to 3.4.1960. The petitioner has himself given the aforesaid date of birth of 13.4.1950 when he entered in service on 2.10.1983. The Tribunal has taken the correct view by placing reliance on various judgments of Hon’ble the Supreme Court. There is no room for interference in the order passed by the Tribunal. Dismissed.
