(3). As per the various instructions issued by the Board including dated 23.11.2004, the petitioner asserts her entitlement to the afore-stated reliefs. (4). The respondents have filed their reply/affidavit and in view of the averments made therein, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply for lump-sum compensation i.e. solatium and special pension etc. in the prescribed format (Annexure R4/1). Upon submission thereof, the respondents shall recommend the same for necessary action to the Director (Personnel), Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd., Patiala within two weeks , who is further directed to accord its necessary sanction within two weeks thereafter subject to petitioner’s eligibility.
