With the concurrence of the counsel for the parties, the hearing of the main petition is preponed to today. I have spoken to both the children. Son wishes to stay with his mother, whereas the girl child wants to stay with her father.
On the directions of this Court, the School has given the N.O.C. to Ms.Chemayne Singh (petitioner No.2). Now the custody matter has been resolved between the husband and the wife and the daughter is finally to stay with the husband and, therefore, is planning to study at Karnal. Though the School had given N.O.C. on the directions of the court, but now the girl child wants to study in the same school. Keeping in view the interest of the girl child, the school is directed to re-admit the girl back to the School.
For this purpose, let the girl along with her father appear before the Principal of the School on 9.8.2010 at 10.00 A.M.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
