Complainant Amit Malik (brother of deceased) has filed this revision petition against the acquittal of accused respondents No.2 to 6 by the impugned judgment dated 13.7.2009, passed by the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Gurgon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of Section 372 Cr.P.C., which has been recently amended, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to file an appeal along with an application for grant of leave to appeal, against the aforesaid judgment dated 13.7.2009.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
