This revision petition is filed under Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order dated 4.4.2002 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Bhatinda whereby respondents no. 3 and 4 were summoned as accused.
Status report was requisitioned from the trial Court. As per the same, the complaint in question was dismissed as withdrawn on 16.4.2005 in terms of the compromise effected between the parties.
In these circumstances, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
