This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint filed by respondent No.2 against the petitioner with the police of Police Station Sudhar District Ludhiana under Section 420 IPC.
Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from H.C. Buta Singh, states that an FIR No.141 dated 11.07.2010 under Sections 420/406 IPC at Police Station Raikot stand already registered against the present petitioner. It is further pointed out that the petitioner was granted interim bail vide Order dated 04.08.2010 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana and that the same was pending before the trial Court.
In view of the above, the present has been rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as such.
