Petitioners-Charanjit Kaur wife of Murta Singh and Ranjit Kaur wife of Sukhdev Singh have filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 46 dated 9.3.2010 registered at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar, under Sections 457, 380, 447, 435 and 427 IPC. They were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 5.4.2010. It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that in pursuance of the order dated 5.4.2010, they have joined the investigation.
This fact has been admitted by learned State counsel and according to him the petitioners are not required for any further investigation.
As the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners is made absolute,

subject to the conditions incorporated therein.
This order shall remain in operation till the decision of the application for regular bail, which is to be filed by the petitioners at the time of presentation of the challan against them before the trial Court.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
