The petitioner, who is a life convict and is undergoing sentence in District Jail, Faridabad, has filed the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for issuing direction to the respondents to consider his prayer for grant of parole for six weeks for agricultural purposes.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, while referring to the representation dated 25.2.2010 (Annexure P-1), states that for the release of the petitioner on parole for the aforesaid purpose, he has moved an application before the Superintendent, District Jail, Faridabad, but till date, the same has not been considered.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a
