The petitioner, who is a life convict and has been sentenced in case FIR No. 114 dated 30.4.2008 registered at Police Station Tohana under Sections 302/364-A/120-B/201 IPC and 25 of the Arms Act, has filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the respondents to release him on emergency parole for three weeks to enable him to get his son admitted in school.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain this petition on the aforesaid ground.
Dismissed.
