Petitioner-Chhinder Kaur widow of Balbir Singh, has filed the present petition under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 192 dated 30.12.2009 registered at Police Station Machhiwara, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana, under Sections 498A, 506 and 406 IPC. She was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 5.2.2010. It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the order dated 5.2.2010, she has joined the investigation.
This fact has been admitted by learned State counsel and according to him the petitioner is not required for any further investigation.
As the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute.
This order shall remain in operation till the decision of the

application for regular bail, which is to be filed by the petitioner at the time of presentation of the challan against her before the trial Court.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
