In terms of the order passed by this Court on 20.10.2010, Renu has been produced in the Court today. She has stated that she does not want to accompany the petitioner and wants to live with her parents.
Considering the wish of Renu who has now been kept in Nari Niketan at Karnal and also the fact that she is stated to be three months' pregnant, I do not find that it would be in the interest of the parties that she stays in Nari Niketan any more. The custody of Renu is directed to be handed over to her parents.
The present petition is dismissed.
