Prayer under Section 482 Cr.PC is to protect the life and liberty of petitioners as they are being harassed by the police on account of involvement of Kulwinder Singh- son in law of petitioner nos.1 and 2, in some criminal case.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek alternative remedy.
