This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.145 dated 17.07.2010 under Sections 323, 325, 307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Pataudi, District Gurgaon.
It was contended that the present petitioners have also suffered injuries at the hands of the complainant in a cross case. Petitioner no.1 has suffered a lacerated wound over the frontal prominence of forehead and a bruise over left lower chest. Petitioner no.2 has suffered three injuries including a lacerated wound over left frontal prominence of head. Petitioner no.1 is unmarried, whereas, petitioner No.2 is the father of petitioner No.2. Today, learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from ASI Vinod Kumar, states that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and are no more required by the police.

dated 01.11.2010 passed by this Court is made absolute.
