This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.145 dated 17.07.2010 under Sections 323, 325, 307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Pataudi, District Gurgaon.
It was contended that the injury on the head of the complainant is not attributed to the present petitioners. Even otherwise, the present petitioners have suffered injuries at the hands of the complainant side. It is a case of cross version. All the petitioners are women. Accordingly, notice was issued to Advocate General, Haryana and the interim bail was granted to the petitioners.

instructions from ASI Vinod Kumar, states that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and are no more required by the police.
