This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for seeking prearrest bail in case FIR No.165 dated 27.08.2009 under Sections 406/498-A IPC registered at Police Station Payal, Police Distt. Khanna, District Ludhiana.
Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from Head Constable Sham Lal, states that the petitioners have since joined the investigation.
Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the Order dated 12.10.2009 passed by this Court is, hereby, made absolute.
