Considering the fact that anticipatory bail in this case has been prayed for in the FIR registered against the petitioner on 27.5.2009 and earlier the anticipatory bail application, filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 6.10.2009, I do not find any reason to entertain the present petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
