Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.130 dated 23.5.2009, under Sections 454,380,120-B of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Patiala and consequent proceedings arising thereto.
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Head Constable Kawaljit Singh, has submitted that in this case cancellation report has been prepared and has assured that the same will be presented before the Area Magistrate within two weeks from today.
In these circumstances, no further interference by this Court is
called for.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
