This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to register an FIR against respondents No.4 to 7 for the offences under Sections 498-A, 406, 506 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of complaint dated 13.06.2010.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the well settled proposition of law, he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file criminal complaint or to avail of any other alternative remedy as available to him under law.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
