This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Criminal Complaint No.IPC113/22.06.2007 titled as “Karamjit Singh vs. Ujjagar Singh and others” under Sections 420/307/34 IPC pending before the Court of JMIC, Barnala.
It is stated that in pursuance to the Order dated 08.07.2010, the petitioner has since appeared before the trial Court and has been enlarged on bail.
Accordingly, the present petition has been rendered
infructuous.
Disposed of as such.
