CORAM: HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE SABINA
Present: Mr.N.S.Swaich, Advocate, for the petitioner.
SABINA, J.
This petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 120 dated 5.11.2007, under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Mulepur District Fatehgarh Sahib.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the opinion that no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out.
The petitioner was although allowed bail in this case but during the pendency of this case, the petitioner has been arrested in FIR No.156 of 2008 under Sections 392, 394, 397/34 IPC registered at Police Station Vikaspuri, Delhi. Consequently, the petitioner absented during trial of this case. In these circumstances, it would not be in the interest of justice to release the petitioner on bail, who got

involved in another criminal case of the similar nature, during his
release on bail in this case.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
