This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to the Arresting Officer to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in FIR No.23 dated 31.03.2009 under Sections 379, 442, 454, 427 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Veronwal.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from
ASI Kulwinder Singh, states that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no more required by the police.
Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the Order
dated 30.06.2010 passed by this Court is made absolute.
