This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.66 dated 11.06.2010 under Section 406 IPC registered at Police Station City, Hoshiarpur.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from S.I. Naresh Kumar, states that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no more required by the police.
Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the Order dated 28.06.2010 passed by this Court is made absolute.
