This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.183 dated 10.10.2009 under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC registered at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa.
It is very fairly pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the bail application qua the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased has already been dismissed. The allegations against the present petitioner are identical.
Accordingly, no ground for bail is made out.
Dismissed.
