Petition under Section 438 Cr.PC is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioners in complaint case bearing No.22 of 24.2.2010 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 452, 506
and 34 of Indian Penal Code pending before ACJM, Rewari.

Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that NBWs have been issued for securing the presence of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners are ready and willing to join the proceedings before the learned trial court.
In view of such undertaking counsel for the complainant is unable to raise any serious objections.
Accordingly it is directed that in case the petitioners appears or surrenders before the learned trial court within next two weeks they shall be admitted to regular bail to the satisfaction of the trial court.
Disposed of in the above terms.
