Prayer under Section 438 Cr.P.C is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.188 dated 31.5.2010 under Sections 420/406/506 IPC, P.S Urban Estate, Rohtak.
Allegations against the petitioner are that he has removed the experience certificate of the complainant Renu Chaudhary, Advocate from her custody.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.
Learned state counsel, on instructions from SI Kartar Singh, does not refute the aforesaid contentions.
In view of the above, interim protection/bail granted vide order dated 11.6.2010 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of.
