Petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint No.132 dated 12.8.2002 U/s 138 of N.I Act.
A sum of Rs.50,000/- was paid to the complainant-respondent No.2 on the last date and another sum of Rs.15,000/- towards compensation has been paid to him in court today. Complainant states that he is fully satisfied towards his claim made in the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act before the ld. Trial Court and, therefore, he is no longer interested in pursuing this matter. He further undertakes to withdraw the complaint before the ld. Trial Court.
In view of the full and final settlement between the parties, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be admitted to bail in the event of his arrest.
Petition stands disposed of.
