Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Daramvir Singh, who is present in court submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the goods seized has already been sold and money has been deposited before the court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this factual
averment.

this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
