This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of concession of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.36 dated 11.04.2010 under Sections 323/324/506/148 and 149 IPC later on added offence under Section 326 IPC vide Rapat/D.D. No.32 dated 19.04.2010 registered at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar.
As per the allegations in the FIR, the present petitioner along with other co-accused besides using abusive language etc. came with 15 boys, who were armed with Datars, Swords and Iron rods in their hands and altogether gave as many as 28 injuries on the person of Karnail Ram, Balbir Ram, Ravi Pal and Raj Rani. The petitioners are among the main accused. Petitioner no.1 is attributed injury on the head of the complainant with Datar , whereas, petitioner No.2 is attributed two cuts on the right leg

below the knee of the complainant and the said injury was found to be
grievous.
The matter is still under investigation.
Thus, it is not a case where the concession of anticipatory bail
can be extended.
Dismissed accordingly.
