Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No. 320 dated 2.9.2009 registered under Sections 148/149/323/341/365 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Nuh.
At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 26.5.2010, the following order was passed by this Court:-
“ Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-
accused Kasam and Azad have been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court.
Notice of motion for 12.7.2010.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. He shall abide by the provisions of Section 438(2)

Cr.P.C.”
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by ASI Shish Ram, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 26.5.2010 is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
