The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.22 dated 5.3.2010 at Police Station Anti Power Theft Verka, District Amritsar.
Reply by way of affidavit of Kashmir Singh Gill PPS Superintendent of Police Vigilance and Security Punjab State Power Corporation Limited Patiala on behalf of respondent No.1-State has been filed. As per the reply, in this case cancellation report was submitted by the SSP PSEB, which has been accepted by the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur.
In view of the reply filed by the State, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
