This petition has been filed by Vikram Singh-petitioner, under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure for regular bail in FIR No. 122 dated 27.6.2009 registered at Police Station Chhachhrauli, District Yamunanagar, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326 and 506 IPC.
At the time of arguments, it was not disputed by learned State counsel that the grievous hurt, so attributed to the petitioner, was found on the finger of the complainant/injured, which is not a vital part of the body. He is coming in the custody and is no longer required for further investigation. Presentation of the challan in court shall take some time and further time shall be taken by the trial court.
Keeping in view all these facts, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is admitted to bail to the satisfaction of the Illaqa Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Yamunanagar.
