Prayer is under Section 438 Cr.PC for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner-Azad Singh in case FIR No.437 dated 20.11.2009 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B Indian Penal Code registered with Police Station Ganaur, District Sonepat.
As per allegations in the FIR, petitioner Azad Singh along with co-accused Vikram Singh is alleged to have purchased 10 kanal and 16 marlas of land owned by complainant Bharti Devi by producing a impersonator and get the sale deed registered on 14th of October 2009

wherein co-accused Bhale Ram, Nambardar and one Madan Lal were the attesting witnesses.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impersonator of Bharti Devi as well as co-accused Vikram Singh and Madan Lal were arrested and subsequently released on bail. He further submits that the investigation in the present case is over and challan has been presented. It is also pointed out that the possession of the land in dispute is with the original owner/complainant.
Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Inder Singh points out that in pursuance to the directions of this court petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, interim protection/bail granted vide order dated 20th of April, 2010 is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of.
