Prayer under Section 439 Cr.PC is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.193 dated 26.7.2010 under Sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C, 120-B IPC, PS City Sangrur,Distt.Sangrur.
The allegations against the petitioner are that he is a conduit for channelising and distributing the counterfeit currency on behalf of a person who is stated to be a kingpin having contacts in Pakistan.
As per allegations in the FIR petitioner alongwith his coaccused Jasbir Singh @ Jassi were found in possession of counterfeit currency worth Rs.13.20 lacs.
After arguing for sometime learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
Ordered accordingly.
