Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance of order dated 20.4.2010 passed by this Court, the requisite amount of Rs.3,25,000/- has been deposited before the Illaqa Magistrate concerned within the stipulated time.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State as well as counsel for the complainant do not dispute the factual position.
