Counsel for the respondent – landlord submits that during the pendency of the petition, petitioner – tenant has vacated the premises and, therefore, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
Counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to controvert the statement made by counsel for the respondent.
Thus, the present revision petition is disposed of as such with liberty to revive the same in case, statement made by counsel for the respondent is not correct.
