Counsel for the parties state that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and the same is to be reduced in writing and acted upon.
Counsel for the respondent-landlord submits that till the same is done, the respondent-landlord will not file any execution application for causing eviction of the petitioners-tenants. Learned counsel further submits that in case the petitioners-tenants fail to act in consonance with the broad terms of compromise arrived at between the parties, they will file a petition for execution, giving 15 days prior notice to the petitioners-tenants and at that stage, the petitioners-tenants will be at liberty to revive the present petition.
Counsel for the petitioners-tenants has no objection to the statement made by counsel for the respondent-landlord.
