Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have deposited requisite amount with respondent-decree holder by calculating future interest @ 6 % per annum from the date of decree of the trial Court, as per calculation provided by the counsel for the respondent.
Learned counsel for the respondent after seeking telephonic instruction from the respondent, states that the respondent has accepted the aforesaid amount in full and final satisfaction of the respondent's claim and has issued 'no dues certificate' to the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
